was watching this japanese school's band performance in rv today. oh man, just when i thought watching a syf gold with honours band's performance was good enough, along came the japanese and they totally blew us away, not with the trumpets but with their excellent performance. seriously.
and i could really tell each and every one of their band members played not just for the sake of playing the instrument, but they really put their heart and soul into it (man i sound like an nj canoeist)
anw i sms-ed ohh today to tell her i'm taking over her class. oh, to all 4K'05 peeps who still don't know, ohh has given birth to a baby girl (i havent ask the name yet) and she's on maternity leave now so i happen to be taking over her. anw her reply to my msg was smth like "glad to know that you're taking over my classes". lol this shows she somehow have some expectations if me la, being her ex-student. to be honest i still havent grasp all this teaching thing yet. somehow being a teacher is much tougher than i had expected it to be. but i also cannot let ohh down also, so must do a good job la. stressed man... haha
at the end of the day, i'll try to do a good job no matter what cos i'm sick of my own incompetence already.and i seriously need to dig some time out to run before i step into sembawang camp
